Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

This is the chocolate chip cookie of your dreams. It's thick, soft, rich, chocolatey goodness! You would never guess it's healthy for you or that it's vegan. Serve it up at your next potluck and be amazed at how quickly it disappears. Anytime I serve this up, I'm always asked for the recipe so here it is. Ingredients:
2 cans white beans drained and rinsed
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup applesauce
3 tbsp canola oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 8-9inch spring form pan. Set aside.
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips and pour into prepared spring form pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
