Service Description
What is Yoga Shred you ask? High Intensity Interval Training meets Yoga Flow. We start out by warming up with a traditional yoga flow to get you warmed up and loosie goosie. Then we'll do 3 rounds of Tabata HiiT - yoga style - to work on cardio, strength, and balance. Then we'll close it out with some static stretching. Give it a try! **Pre-requisite: You must be able to get up and down from the floor on your own.
