Yoga Shred Image

Yoga Shred is a unique fusion of Yoga Flow and HiiT that offers an invigorating workout experience. The session begins with a traditional yoga flow that aids in warming up the body and increasing flexibility. The class then transitions into HiiT - Yoga style, using the tabata protocol to work on cardio, strength, and balance.

The session concludes with a relaxing cool-down period that involves static stretching. This combination of movements and techniques creates an unparalleled workout experience that leaves you feeling rejuvenated and energized. I highly recommend giving Yoga Shred a try!

Total Body Tabata Image

Total Body Tabata is a unique and exclusive workout that targets the entire body and follows the Tabata protocol of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. This workout is considered the most efficient and effective way to achieve optimal fitness results.

During the workout, I incorporate various exercises that focus on different muscle groups, while also incorporating cardio for improved heart health and targeted fat loss. This workout is suitable for all levels, but prior exercise experience is recommended due to its fast-paced nature.

 

Total Body Tabata utilizes a variety of equipment such as TRXs, medballs, free weights, body weight, and more, to ensure a diverse and challenging workout. Join me and experience this unparalleled workout for yourself.

Pure Strength Image

100% pure strength is a workout that exclusively focuses on building strength without any jumping, burpees or running involved. Each class has a unique emphasis, ensuring a full-body workout that targets different muscle groups. Some classes concentrate solely on upper body strength, while others focus on the back of the body. With a different emphasis in each class, you will never get bored.

In this class, we utilize a variety of equipment such as TRXs, medballs, free weights, and body weight exercises, providing a well-rounded workout that challenges your strength in different ways. Join me in this class to experience a pure strength training workout like no other.

Cardio Core Image

This class is designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through a combination of cardio and core exercises. Cardio exercises are great for boosting heart health and burning calories, while core exercises help to strengthen the muscles in the abdomen, lower back, and pelvis. By combining these two types of exercises, participants can experience an effective workout that targets fat loss and increases overall strength.

This class is also designed to be accessible to a wide range of fitness levels. Additionally, low-impact options are always provided for those who need them, making the class a safe and effective choice for anyone looking to improve their fitness.

Cardio Image

Cardio is all about getting your heart rate up, and that's exactly what we'll be doing in this class! We'll be using heart-pumping exercises to strengthen your heart muscle and help you burn calories. With a variety of exercises, we'll keep things interesting and energizing so you can stay engaged throughout the class.

 

Most exercises won't require any equipment, and low-impact options will always be available to ensure that everyone can participate safely and effectively.

Senior Fitness Image

This class combines strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility exercises to help reduce pain and stiffness, maintain or improve mobility, and increase overall strength and flexibility. With a variety of exercises, we'll target different muscle groups and challenge your body in new ways.

You'll be happy to know that all exercises in the class can be done either seated or standing, which means you won't have to get up and down off the floor. This makes the class a great option for anyone who prefers to avoid floor exercises or has difficulty getting up and down from the ground.
