The online class library of CS Fitness provides all the variety I need for total body workouts week after week. I can alternate between Cardio/HIIT and strength/core training, giving my body time to recover in between. I always round out my week with one of Cassandra's flexibility classes, which help me release muscle tension and improve balance.
It is easy to squeeze in a daily 30 minute workout with the CS Fitness online class library on my schedule. She has so many classes to choose from that I can workout 5-6 days a week and not repeat a class for over a month.
CS Fitness online classes are easy to follow, require minimal equipment and include modifications that allow me to push myself or reduce the intensity based on how I'm feeling that day.
