Let's burn some calories and give that heart a strengthening session with this amazing cardio class! Â Bring a mat, a towel to wipe up your "success", a water and a great attitude! Â Most classes will be equipment free!
Due to covid, you'll need to follow social distancing. Â You will NOT be required to wear the mask during class.Â
